Description
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for collecting online orders and getting them ready for pick up and shipment.

As a Retail E-Commerce Associate, you will:

Print and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently

Ship orders using online applications (ShipStation)

Connect with customers regarding updates on their order and other inquiries

Organize orders for BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) so that customers can be served quickly and with ease

Update product listings with inventory corrections as necessary (Shopify)

Communicate with E-Commerce Supervisor/E-Commerce Manager regarding any issues with orders, product selection, etc.

Other duties as assigned by E-Commerce Manager/ E-Commerce Supervisor

About you:

Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Ability to work independently to complete work assignments, as well as within a team when necessary

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability,



and willingness to learn required business applications and systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and organization

Must be able to lift, move, push, pull items weighing up to 50lbs and be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
