Lead youth engagement and support in Highlands with Youth Unlimited as their Community Director. Empower youth by building partnerships and inspiring volunteers across the community.

This full-time position involves 35-40 hours per week, focusing on developing programs for youth in Erin, Grand Valley, and Huntsville. The ideal candidate will have a robust spiritual foundation and proven skills in supervision, fundraising, and community outreach. Collaborate with local churches, schools, and community agencies to effectively serve and support youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop partnerships with churches and community agencies
• Inspire and engage volunteers for youth programs
• Direct ministry efforts focused on youth development




• Supervise staff team and delegate tasks
• Manage program operations and funding requirements

Requirements:
• 7-12 years of experience in youth engagement roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility for evenings and weekend events
• Competent computer skills for administrative tasks
