Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and responsive beverage and food service
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and drink specials
• Circulate and attend to members' needs proactively




• Handle complaints with tact and escalate when necessary
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the bar area
