Position Summary: This position supports the Sales team by coordinating day-to-day activities, strengthening customer relationships and helping the team drive revenue growth. This role serves as a key link between sales, marketing, customers and internal departments are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Essential Job Functions: Act as a key commercial support resource to the Business Development and Sales Managers, assisting with prospect coordination throughout the RFQ-to-Execution process.
Prepare and administer quotations, proposal packages, and supporting commercial documentation.
Coordinate vendor pricing, delivery commitments, and supporting information for estimates and quotations.
Assist with customer purchase order review, discrepancy resolution, and alignment with approved quotations and project requirements.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, spreadsheets
Responsible for input into internal powerBI sales requirements
Maintain quote logs, opportunity tracking tools (RFQ’s and sales opportunities) , and electronic filing systems.
Maintain customer/prospect in CRM
Support project documentation, Purchase Order preparation, and document control activities.




Coordinate customer documentation requests and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the coordination of trade shows, industry/customer events/ customer visits, marketing initiatives, and departmental projects.
Prepare marketing materials and presentations
Track all activities generated through marketing activities
Continuously develop product, customer, and commercial process knowledge while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Working Relationships/Reporting: Frequent interactions with Sales and internal team members.
Reports to Sr Sales Manager - PPC
Qualifications: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Post Secondary education or related experience preferred
Experience: Previous experience in sales/project/marketing coordination is an asset
Qualifications/Requirements: Strong organizational skills

Customer focused
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities, while working independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently while supporting A collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the customer centric focused mindset.
