Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative provider relations tasks
• Validate completed agreements with providers
• Perform quality assurance on team submissions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least 2-3 years in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Detail-oriented with an ability to follow instructions
