Support customers in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes as an Inside Sales Representative at our Moncton location. This full time role combines sales and logistics for an established woodworking machinery distributor. As the Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you will be essential in managing customer inquiries and orders while ensuring seamless shipping and receiving operations.

You will engage with customers daily, process sales orders in our Navision ERP system, and coordinate with the warehouse team for productive delivery.

Your role is crucial in generating sales leads and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming parts inquiries from various provinces
Enter quotations and sales orders in the ERP system




Track orders and update customers on deliveries
Direct machine inquiries to Account Representatives
Ship and receive machines and parts, recording transactions Requirements:
Experience in parts sales and customer service
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
Valid driver's license and forklift certification
Understanding of woodworking machinery is a solid asset
Bilingual English/French preferred Utilize your organizational skills and customer service expertise in this multifaceted Inside Sales role.
