Lead logistics operations with Emmerson Packaging as the Logistics & Warehousing Manager. Ensure productive material transport, oversee warehousing, and maintain quality standards within a family-owned industry leader. As the Logistics & Warehousing Manager, you will direct logistics activities and manage the receiving and distribution processes for both internal operations and our 3PL warehouse network.
Your analytical skills will be key in minimizing costs, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Direct logistics and shipping for timely delivery
Coordinate warehouse strategies to minimize costs
Ensure high-quality movement of goods to customers
Approve cost control reports and forecasts
Establish relationships with carriers for efficiency Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with SAP software
Solid technical knowledge of supply chain management
Business degree in related field preferred
Five years’ management experience in logistics or warehousing Utilize your leadership and negotiation skills to drive logistics excellence in a respected packaging company.
