Operations, you’ll be integral to keeping one of the leading zinc and lead smelting and refining complexes running smoothly. In this full time position, you'll install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair essential instrumentation systems across multiple plants. Collaborate with a skilled maintenance team to enhance operational excellence and address daily challenges, all while enjoying the stunning outdoor workplace of British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in safety adherence
Install and calibrate field instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot control system issues
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance
Collaborate with the maintenance team for optimal performance Requirements:
Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as an Instrumentation Mechanic
Industrial experience in smelters or process plants
Familiarity with Modicon PLCs and Wonderware HMIs
Bonus: Experience with Foxboro and ABB systems
