Perform nursing assessments and document findings accurately
Administer and monitor medications, ensuring safety practices




Develop and implement client treatment plans based on physician orders
Maintain exact client medical records and documentation
Provide client education related to treatment and careRequirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Current RN license required
CPR/First Aid certification
Previous experience in behavioral health preferred
