As part of the Mountain Operations team, you will assist in training staff and maintaining compliance with Marmot Basin's operational standards. Experience in the ski industry and operating lifts is essential for this full time role. Key Responsibilities:
Train and schedule staff according to policies
Ensure adequate staffing for protected lift operations
Verify operator competency in daily procedures
Maintain and document lift operation records
Address safety concerns in a proactive manner Requirements:
Ski Industry experience, with lift operations preferred
Previous supervisory experience necessary
Valid class 5 driver’s license required
