You will be entrusted with cultivating a competitive wrestling program, ensuring that student-athletes achieve their best both academically and athletically. This role includes supervising assistant coaches, coordinating schedules, and fostering a culture based on discipline and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate all coaching staff and athletes
Collaborate with the Athletic Director on program management
Design competitive practice sessions tailored to athlete needs
Communicate eligibility and conduct expectations to parents




Maintain a secure workplace for all participants during training

Requirements:
Proven Head Varsity Coaching experience or equivalent
Certification from the American Sport Education Program
Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification necessary
Knowledge of effective coaching methods for high school athletes
Demonstrated commitment to student-athlete well-being and character development
