Job Title: Cheese Maker – Commercial ProductionLocation: Tillsonburg, ON CanadaWorking Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Cheese Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands‐on experience producing Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and other varieties of cheese at commercial volumes in a plant setting.Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and various other cheeses according to established recipes and production standards.Operate and maintain cheese‐making equipment in a secure and efficient manner.Monitor quality control throughout the production process.Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of practical cheese‐making experience in a commercial production plant.Strong knowledge of cheese‐making processes and techniques, including Paneer production.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.Schedule:Monday to Friday7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
