Annagem Naan and Kabob is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to support the kitchen team with ingredient prep, station setup, and cooking according to our recipes. This junior role involves supervision of kitchen staff in the absence of the Kitchen Manager and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and compliant with health standards.
You will work in a fast-paced setting, handle temperature control and inventory tasks, and collaborate with BOH supervisors to maintain smooth service during peak hours.
