BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30+ countries, is expanding in Canada. We're looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.

Earnings that build over time

Your commissions are cumulative — every client keeps generating income month after month. Uncapped.

As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately CAD 18,000 to $35,000+ , depending on time invested — from a few hours a week up to full time. With greater commitment, results can grow well beyond this in following years.
