Supervise daily site operations per society policies
Manage service engagement, case planning, and discharge planning




Conduct tenant intake and assist with crisis intervention
Maintain records and statistical data diligently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements:
Two years post-secondary education and supervisory experience
Current OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
Familiarity with community resources and crisis intervention
Strong communication and organizational skills
