Systems, you will play a pivotal role as the Health and Safety Coordinator, focusing on ISO45001, IATF16949, and OSHA compliance. Your expertise will be vital in developing safety programs and supporting the Occupational Health Nurse with workplace claims and wellness. This position demands robust initiative and a commitment to enhancing safety standards within the manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the outside contractor safety program
Assist with all aspects of the Health and Safety Program




Identify opportunities for Health & Safety improvement
Support WSIB claims management and wellness programs
Coordinate Joint Health and Safety Committee activities Requirements:
Occupational Health and Safety degree or diploma
2 years in a manufacturing workplace
Knowledge of health and safety legislation
Experience in automotive manufacturing is an asset
Ability to work independently Drive safety excellence and contribute to a culture of compliance and wellbeing at Magna's Modatek Systems.
