We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitization
Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs in residential or commercial settings
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free workplace
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing




Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial tasks as required for large-scale facilities or projects

Requirements
Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and climbing ladders
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs is a plus
Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily cleaning schedules efficiently
