Enhance your mechanical skills as a Heavy Duty Mechanic with PNR RailWorks. This role involves preventative maintenance and repair on railway construction equipment across wide-ranging conditions. Reporting to the Equipment Manager/Shop Foreman, this position requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Successful candidates will possess hands-on experience and be able to operate various tools and equipment. You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance of machinery used in railroad construction. Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts during tasks
Work with blueprints and schematic drawings effectively
Maintain cleanliness of shop and tools used Requirements:
2nd Term Mechanic Apprentice mandatory
Prior field service experience in mechanical roles
Ability to read and comprehend schematics
Own tools and safety-oriented mindset required
DZ driver’s license considered an asset Contribute your mechanical expertise to PNR RailWorks, working on vital rail infrastructure projects.
