SLCS seeks a full time Housing Stability Worker for Project Home in the city of London, Ontario. You will assess participants, provide crisis intervention, and support housing stability and prevention efforts within a community-based team.

You will manage caseloads, advocate for clients, and liaise with emergency shelters, health services, income supports, and the legal system to coordinate care and long-term goals.
