You will lead your team in providing exceptional first impressions by maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces. Utilize your leadership skills to coach and develop direct reports, all while ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and emergency procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces
Coach team members in cleaning techniques and guest interaction
Prepare and maintain stocked carts with cleaning supplies
Adhere to lost and found procedures with guest property
Practice and communicate emergency protocols effectively Requirements:
6 months of experience in housekeeping roles
Previous supervisory experience is beneficial
Solid attention to detail and quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
