Become a Maintenance Lead Hand with the County of Lennox and Addington in Greater Napanee, ON. This role involves overseeing maintenance duties and performing repairs across various county buildings. This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the mission of community well-being.

You will ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, including preparing housing units for current occupants and conducting inspections as per regulations. Candidates should possess the ability to lead a team and manage both in-house and external service inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Assign maintenance duties according to Works Coordinator’s direction
Prepare housing units through repairs and clean-up
Conduct inspections per Building and Fire Codes
Maintain supply inventory for custodial tasks
Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required
Minimum three years general maintenance experience
Knowledge of Ontario Building & Fire Codes
Valid G licence with a satisfactory driver abstract
