Develop and monitor strategic HR initiatives
Lead talent acquisition efforts and enhance employee engagement

Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 10 years HR experience with 3 years in management
Experience in healthcare or social services
