Become an essential part of resident care as a full time Health Care Aide at AgeCare in SkyPointe. Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide safe, supportive care to our residents. AgeCare is seeking a Health Care Aide in SkyPointe to deliver comprehensive resident services under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Your role will involve assisting with daily hygiene, facilitating transfers, and providing nutritional support.

Experience in a continuing care setting is preferred, along with a PCA/HCA Certificate. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
Support safe transfers using appropriate lifting equipment
Aid residents during meals and snack times
Administer routine treatments as directed by the nursing staff
Accompany residents to recreational and therapy activities Requirements:
One year experience in continuing care preferred
Completion of PCA/HCA Certificate or equivalent
Active registration with CLHA
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive setting Make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents while building lasting relationships at AgeCare.
