Health is looking for additional Hospitalists for our Nanaimo General Regional Hospital. Our team features around 25 physicians committed to supportive and team-oriented patient care. This role offers flexibility with shifts and invites applicants who wish to contribute, especially during peak demand periods like holidays or school breaks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient care as MRP at NRGH
Participate in cooperative learning with peers
Support colleagues during challenging cases
Provide care across weekday and weekend shifts
Engage in community activities and group events Requirements:
Commitment to a minimum of 12 shifts annually
Ability to handle demanding patient loads
Interest in locum opportunities within a team
Passion for community-oriented medicine
