Lead the legal team at Mira, a pioneering hormonal health company in San Francisco. This remote position focuses on data privacy and compliance in a quick-growing health tech environment. Mira, recognized as America’s fastest-growing femtech company, is seeking an In-House General Counsel.

This role involves developing data protection strategies, negotiating commercial contracts, and ensuring compliance with DTC regulations. You will collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and regulations to align messaging with legal standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead data privacy and protection strategies, ensuring HIPAA, FTC compliance
Negotiate commercial agreements and vendor contracts effectively




Provide guidance on advertising compliance and consumer communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align claims with regulations
Manage outside counsel for specialized legal expertise Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active law license required
Minimum 4 years of legal experience, preferably in health tech
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations
Proven experience with contract negotiation
