This essential position supports licensed home child care services by managing a caseload of providers.

You will maintain compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and foster robust relationships with children, families, and caregivers. Regular home visits, coaching, and collaboration with community partners are integral to ensuring secure, inclusive settings for children’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard home care providers for compliance
Conduct home visits and safety inspections for quality care




Build relationships with families for support and resources

Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree required
Minimum 5 years of childcare experience
