This full-time, remote role focuses on delivering effective partnership activations and requires robust communication and organizational skills. Supporting the Manager of Promotion and Sponsorship, you will coordinate advertising commitments and track campaign delivery. Your contributions will enhance local partnerships within the SMB community, ensuring successful execution of contra deals and Local Community Transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of partnership agreements post-negotiation
Setup contra accounts in HubSpot and Naviga




Collect and coordinate creative assets from partners
Oversee ticket management for events and promotions
Track advertising delivery against commitments Requirements:
2 to 4 years’ experience in partnerships or advertising
Solid organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
