Your responsibilities will focus on client and carrier data management, technical setups, and effective collaboration with internal teams. With multiple positions available, your analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for impactful client implementations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire client onboarding process
Lead kick-off meetings with clients for alignment
Review onboarding documentation for accuracy
Prepare and submit implementation forms
Conduct data audits to ensure integrity Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Group Perks preferred
Solid Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to conduct business in French is a plus Contribute to leading implementation projects and enhance client experiences with Sterling Brokers.
