This position offers direct classroom support and requires hands-on experience with various communication approaches. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct classroom support for students with behavioural challenges
Assist during transitions and in challenging situations




Respond to student dysregulation following school procedures
Promote student independence by reducing adult support
Implement individualized programs to enhance learning engagement Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
Minimum ten years' experience with school-aged children
Proven ability to build trusting relationships
Solid collaborative and communication skills
Calm and regulated response to student needs Leverage your extensive background in emotional and behavioural support to make impactful contributions at St.
