This role involves working collaboratively with other Bakers and managers to uphold the quality of our products. You'll be trained across various stations, providing a fantastic prospect to learn all aspects of our bakery operations. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Baking Team to ensure timely delivery
Uphold safety and quality standards of COBS Bread
Cross-train in designated areas: Bowl, Bench, or Ovens
Assist with stock rotation to maintain freshness
Deliver outstanding customer service during bakery hours Requirements:
Previous baking experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to work weekends and statutory holidays
Ability to lift up to 25kg waist high
Own transportation necessary for early morning shifts
