Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Perform field observations for compliance checks
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inspection reports




• Administer contracts and track project progress
• Liaise with contractors, municipal staff, and clients

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of civil construction inspection experience
• Registered Technician or Technologist with ASET an asset
• Knowledge of municipal construction standards
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Provincial Driver’s License with clean abstract
