Elevate facility management at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation (CSEC) as a Building Operations Coordinator. Drive operational excellence in a rapid-paced NHL venue by supporting day-to-day facility operations and service readiness.

In this role, you will ensure all building operations are meticulously planned and executed, from coordinating work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to monitoring preventive maintenance compliance. Collaborate closely with trades, housekeeping, and venue stakeholders to guarantee that every corner of our venue is ready for extraordinary fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CMMS work orders and maintenance scheduling
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs for safety and cleanliness




• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with contractors
• Track PM and inspection completion and generate reports
• Support event setup by verifying building service requirements

Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years in building operations or facilities coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CMMS tools
• Knowledge of HVAC and major building systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
