The McConnell Foundation is seeking an HR Intern to support hybrid operations from Toronto, contributing to HR systems updates, onboarding, and inclusive workplace initiatives. You will help with data management, policy updates, and employee experience improvements within a mission-driven team.

Role involves travel to Ottawa and Montreal, and collaboration across Operations and IT to build internal resources. This is a 6-month full time contract with a 35-hour week.
