Lead quality inspections with GIP Construction Engineering as a Field Supervisor in Caledon, Ontario. As a Field Supervisor, you will report to the Quality or Project Manager, playing a key role in overseeing a dedicated team of quality technicians.

Your work will involve mentorship, material testing, and project inspections, ensuring safety and quality practices are upheld throughout your projects in Central and Southern Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field inspections and temperature monitoring
Mentor and evaluate field technicians for material approval
Prepare and submit technical field and inspection reports




Document Quality Assurance non-conformances thoroughly
Maintain equipment management and certification Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Civil/Construction Engineering preferred
Minimum 3 years of field QC construction experience
ACI or CCIL concrete certification valued
Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills
