Army is seeking dedicated individuals for this casual role requiring availability for three shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Candidates should be committed to providing a secure workplace for clients, assisting with case management, and facilitating essential programming. Your experience in frontline social services will be crucial in supporting residents during extreme weather. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client safety and complete regular status checks
Implement case management for assigned residents




Maintain documentation related to client interactions
Facilitate resident programming and community engagement
Liaise with police and community agencies as needed Requirements:
Social services diploma or equivalent education
One year experience in frontline social services
Clear vulnerable sector screening and criminal record check
CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention training preferred
Availability for at least three shifts weekly during extreme weather Engage directly with the community and contribute to a secure workplace for those in need through your compassionate service.
