The Employee Advantages

Analyst reports to the Assistant Manager and is responsible for overseeing the quality of pension plans, insured benefits, and adherence to relevant legislation. You will collaborate with the broader People Services team to successfully manage risk, promote efficiency, and develop standardized processes for optimum service delivery. This role requires leveraging your expertise in employee perks and pensions. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and integrity of employee perks data
Collaborate with teams to manage risk and compliance




Make recommendations for process improvements
Interpret and validate collective agreements
Support business decision-making with analytical insights Requirements:
5+ years in benefits and pension administration
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources
Certification in employee pensions/perks preferred
Knowledge of SAP systems is essential
