As a crucial member of the Global HR Technology team, this senior role focuses on understanding HR processes and translating them into impactful technology solutions. You will analyze, configure, and deploy HR systems, working closely with internal clients, including Recruitment. Through your efforts, you’ll support operational enhancements and contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HR processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• Configure, test, and deploy new HR system functionality

Requirements:
