As part of the Admissions & Recruitment team, you will work directly with applicants to ensure a smooth transition into postsecondary studies. Your responsibilities will include evaluating applications, advising students on requirements, and maintaining accurate academic records. Additionally, your role will contribute to the development of diverse outreach initiatives and assist in promoting scholarship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support applicants throughout the admissions process
• Maintain applicant records in the Student Information System




• Assess academic entrance requirements and portfolio submissions
• Provide housing referrals and English language program information
• Assist the graduate admissions team during peak times

Requirements:
• Degree in art & design or equivalent
• Four years of administrative experience in postsecondary education
• Knowledge of admission protocols and scholarship opportunities
• Experience with student information systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
