You will report to the Accounting Supervisor and play a vital role in handling full-cycle accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and managing tax-related tasks. Your expertise will assist MIP in enhancing its financial operations and continuous improvement efforts. Collaboration with external auditors and financial institutions will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting activities and general ledger maintenance
• Support financial reporting and month-end closing




• Prepare tax filings and corporate documentation
• Ensure compliance with ASPE and/or IFRS
• Participate in financial system upgrades

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Canadian accounting and tax standards
• Bilingual in French and English required
