BGIS is seeking a Technician III to operate a facility with a focus on mechanical and supporting systems. The role includes inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and adherence to EH&S;, fire protection, and environmental requirements.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with trades training, 3+ years in HVAC/BO maintenance, BAS knowledge, and a robust service mindset. Shift work, on-call availability, and a valid driver’s license are expected.
