This full-time role in the Finance & Procurement department reports to the Manager of Master Data & Analytics. You will utilize your residential estimating experience and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, to manage purchasing processes and facilitate changes. Your contributions will significantly impact how Mattamy Homes delivers quality service to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load model line-ups and grading conditions for current community phases
• Audit purchasing team bids for accuracy and consistency




• Ensure compliance with purchasing information requirements in JDE
• Review purchase orders against Home Change Orders and drawings
• Investigate missing or incorrect purchase orders

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of residential estimating experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in JD Edwards is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities for problem resolution
