Services is seeking Environmental Services staff for casual/relief positions at the Fort MacLeod Health Centre. In this critical role, you will employ infection prevention methods while performing cleaning duties across clinical and non-clinical areas. Essential skills include the operation of industrial cleaning equipment and replenishing supplies to ensure a protected and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and special cleanings in facilities




Disinfect operating rooms and ensure sanitary conditions
Operate cleaning equipment and restock supplies
Identify hazards and report to your Working Leader
Train recent Environmental or Laundry staff as needed Requirements:
Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Previous cleaning experience preferred
