Guild Yule LLP is seeking an experienced HR and operations leader to oversee human resources and a range of administrative functions. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy development to support lawyers and staff.

You will also lead benefits administration, performance reviews, and ensure a smooth hybrid work environment while maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder service. A solid, organized leader is essential.
