Become a key partner in HR technology solutions at CAE as a Senior Analyst. This role requires analyzing business needs and configuring HR systems like Workday for enhanced efficiency. As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you will collaborate with various HR functions to translate business requirements into effective HR technology solutions.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes across Recruitment and other HR initiatives. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting the ongoing transformation of HR technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather technology requirements
- Analyze HR processes for improvement opportunities
- Configure and deploy new functionalities in Workday
- Maintain HR data accuracy through testing and documentation
- Support annual HR cycle activities in Workday Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience with SaaS HR management systems
- Degree in Human Resources or IT related field
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with Workday preferred Drive innovation in HR technology and deliver impactful solutions at CAE as a Senior Analyst.
