Maple Leaf Foods Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, HR Ops & Labour Relations to lead HR Operations and Labour Relations support for sites with under 200 employees. You will coach HR Managers, ensure policy and collective agreements are applied consistently, and partner with Operations leaders on site-level priorities.
You will help identify people and labour risks early, build leadership bench strength for the network, and serve as the primary successor to the Director, HR Ops & Labour Relations.
