ZenaTech is seeking an experienced Manager, Legal to lead its growing in-house Legal Department in Toronto. This senior role requires a trusted advisor who can build structure, depth, and specialized capability across the team at a Nasdaq-listed technology company.

You will collaborate with the CEO, CFO and VPs on legal strategy, risk management, and corporate governance while guiding outside counsel on major transactions, securities obligations, M&A;, and IP matters.
