Oversee clinical leadership and management of Pods
Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals and caregivers
Monitor work plans and operating budgets
Develop annual reports aligning with organizational objectives
Ensure staff training and performance managementRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an Allied Health field
Minimum three years as an Allied Health Qualified
Two years in leadership and management roles
Experience with electronic medical records and budgeting
