This role focuses on financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end activities within a rapidly growing setting. You'll be instrumental in enhancing financial processes and ensuring timely reporting standards under IFRS. Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day accounting for assigned clinics
Complete month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare account reconciliations for financial statements
Report monthly clinic financials with variance analysis
Partner with clinic leaders to explain financial insights Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation or in pursuit of CPA certification
4–6 years of experience in financial reporting
Robust knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
