This position focuses on delivering strong leadership while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines. You will coordinate personnel, handle inspections, and engage in daily tasks that meet BME's performance standards. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to in office personnel
Coordinate equipment and daily operations efficiently
Promote safety through HSE team collaboration
Conduct site and unit inspections regularly
Review necessary documentation of employees Requirements:
Valid class 3 driver's license with clean record
1+ year supervisory experience required
OSSA/BSO/CSO and CSTS Certified
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
