The Finance

Manager position is a full time, permanent role focused on managing critical financial activities. You will oversee accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable while supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail paired with leadership capabilities and cultural sensitivity. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and uphold accounting standards and procedures
Reconcile accounts and produce monthly financial statements
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions




Prepare reports for the Chief Financial Officer and executive team
Mentor finance team members through coaching and evaluations Requirements:
Degree in accounting, financial management, or related field
Minimum 5 years in a financial role and leadership experience
